Access credentials (usernames and passwords) issued to parents, students, and staff are strictly personal and confidential. Account holders are responsible for maintaining confidentiality and must not share credentials with third parties. Any unauthorized activity should be reported to school administration immediately.
The school portal provides online services including fee payments, examination and termly report card downloads, attendance reviews, homework tracking, and school circular notices. While we strive for continuous service, system maintenance may occasionally cause temporary interruptions.
All online payments made through the integrated payment gateway (mobile money or card) are logged and credited toward the student's tuition account. Payment receipts generated by the portal serve as proof of transaction. Discrepancies should be resolved by presenting official transaction IDs to the accounts department.
Users must not attempt to alter student records, tamper with portal security, upload malicious files, or misuse internal messaging systems. Misuse may result in immediate suspension of electronic portal access and disciplinary action.
These terms and portal operations are governed by the laws of the Republic of Zambia.
